Jeffrey Estep, the Owner of the Company, is deeply passionate about Landscaping and transforming yards into works of art. With a background in professional soccer, culminating in playing for the Harrisburg Heat, Jeffrey's dedication extends to his family, sports, outdoors, and the growth of the PRIMETIME Lawn Care & Landscaping business. Having been involved in the Landscaping industry since a young age, Jeffrey established his first Landscaping venture at 21, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. As we express our gratitude to all who have supported our business, we eagerly anticipate many more years of dedicated service. Thank you ALL!

Mathew Latchford serves as the Lead Foreman at PRIMETIME Lawn Care & Landscaping. In this capacity, he is responsible for ensuring that projects are executed within designated timelines, maintaining an organized job site, and overseeing the meticulous execution of all assigned tasks. Mathew skillfully coordinates job assignments among team members, supervises the appropriate handling of equipment, and ensures the efficient use of all materials.


In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mathew has a strong passion for automotive work and has cultivated a significant online presence in this field. He also participates in softball during his leisure time, a sport he has enjoyed for several years. Mathew and his family are currently in the process of purchasing their first home in the Harrisburg area this year.

JD Huffman holds the position of Landscape Technician at our company. In this capacity, he supports the team with daily landscaping operations, which include mulching, trimming, implementing new designs, and overseeing the removal and installation of commercial projects. Outside of his professional responsibilities, JD is an avid softball enthusiast and competes in tournaments nationwide for Paint Doctor.
